How to Make Divinity Candy Recipe
Use parchment paper to line baking sheets.
Prepare a medium heavy saucepan and add a candy thermometer to the pan.
Add the sugar, corn syrup, and water to the pan and heat on medium until the ingredients meet a hardball stage. The temperature will reach 250-260 degrees F.
While your ingredients are cooking, begin to beat the egg whites to form stiff peaks.
Once the sugar is at the right temperature, take away from the heat and gradually add to your egg whites, on high speed, whip continuously.
Pour in the vanilla and beat again until the candy starts to hold its shape. You will do this for about 10-15 minutes.
Before use, spray the cookie scoop, then arrange scoops of dough onto the baking sheets.
Add your desired garnish right after, I used pecans.
You will need to let the candy dry and harder for several hours or overnight for the best results.
Then, store the rest of the candy in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Add a candy thermometer to a medium heavy saucepan
Heat sugar, corn syrup and water over medium heat until it reaches hard ball stage, 250-260 degrees F
While the syrup is cooking, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
When the sugar reaches temperature, remove from heat and very slowly pour into the egg white, whipping on high speed constantly
Add vanilla and continue beating on high until candy holds it shape, about 10-15 minutes ** see notes
Spray a cookie dough scoop or 2 spoons with cooking spray, then drop scoops of candy onto prepared baking sheets
Immediately add whole pecan or other garnish, if using
Allow divinity to dry and harden for several hours or overnight
Store in airtight container for up to two weeks

The time will depend on your mixer. I found it best to beat on high speed for 5 minutes and then let the mixture and mixer rest for 2-3 minutes. Then repeat several times

Humidity equals wet, and wet equals candy that often won't set. Even in the cooler and less humid months, it can be a challenge to make old fashioned divinity - that being a divinity that is purely sugar, corn syrup, water, egg whites, chopped pecans, a little vanilla - and a goodly amount of elbow grease.
Corn Syrup – This is added to stop the sugar from crystalizing giving you a very smooth, chewy texture that's not grainy. Sugar – White granulated sugar is the best for this recipe, avoid brown sugar or it'll affect both the taste and look of the divinity.
Consider this: divinity hates humidity. It's best to make divinity on a cool, dry day. If it's humid (over 50%) or rainy, the candy might end up with a more gooey, or grainy texture.
There could be several reasons that your divinity did not turn out fluffy: The syrup was not at the right temperature when it was added to the egg whites. The egg white and syrup mixture was not beaten long enough. The humidity was too high.
The only difference between making nougat and making Divinity, I saw, was that nougat requires that after blending beaten egg whites without about half of your hard-ball-stage syrup, you heat the rest to near hard-crack before blending it in. So the Divinity process is basically an easier version of the nougat process.
High humidity hastens the breakdown of sugar as it cools. Once the candy has cooled to the point where it can no longer evaporate moisture, it can actually begin to reabsorb moisture. This produces a softer product than may be desirable.”

UPDATE: Found out you can select multiple items in the inventory, put them "in hand" then move them all at once, not bad once you get the hang of it. In the inventory screen there in actions menu will be a "send to Lady Vengeance" option. This sends anything to the storage chest.
